i3Web Order System

This is fast order entry system that utilizes a caller-ID system from the telephone system to identify the incoming calls from a customer. The attendant then processes the order and sends a SMS to the delivery man to send the goods.

The requirements is a computer preloaded with Microsoft XP Professional Edition. The solution comes with a caller-Id hardware capable of handling 2-8 telephone lines and a SMS modem.

It is a web-based solution that can be enabled to handle multiple attendants from various locations to access a centralized call-centre environment.

There is a built-in set of reports for daily or periodic sales order, commissions and products profiling. Customization for reports is also available on request.
